Due to NSW Health Orders we are only operating via “CLICK AND
COLLECT” with a confirmed appointment time from MY COFFEE FIX.

 

This will apply to:
Drop-off of machines for Service/Repair,
Collection of machines purchased online via: www.mycoffeefix.com.au
Collection of freshly roasted coffee beans and spare parts

 

STEP 1:
CALL, TEXT or EMAIL with details of your enquiry and
preferred appointment time between 7.30am and 1.00pm, Mon to FRI.

 

STEP 2:
We will reply to CONFIRM an appointment date/time.

 

STEP 3:
Once you have arrived at our workshop at your CONFIRMED
appointment time, please remain in your vehicle and CALL:
0416 206 403.

 

STEP 4:
One of our staff will either collect your faulty coffee machine
from the boot of your car, place your repaired coffee machine
into the boot of your car, place pre-ordered coffee beans or
new machine into the boot of your car.
