service & maintenance
Just like a car, your coffee machine and grinder will require regular servicing and at times repairing. My Coffee Fix repairs and services a wide range of automatic and manual coffee machines in the Sydney Metro area.
How much will it cost?

call out fee
We offer an on site service for a call out fee of $99 (incl GST) plus the parts and labour required to fix the machine. If you would prefer to save the call out fee, you are welcome to drop the machine at our workshop and we’ll get started on it.

quotation fee
All work is quoted before completing so you’re not going to be hit with a surprise bill. Given the time required in assessing your machine and providing you with an accurate quote, there will be a quotation fee of $99 (incl GST) payable. If you’re happy to proceed with the work, the quotation fee is absorbed in the stated price.
If you use our coffee beans on a recurring basis we’re happy to waive the call out fee when a service or repair is required. You will only pay for the parts and labour required to fix the machine.
How much will it cost?
It’s difficult to say an exact turnaround time for the repair as it will depend on the work required and the volume of work we have at the time. We do know however that coffee is an integral part of the day so aim to complete the work as soon as possible. Most machines have a turnaround time of 1-2 business days.
Workshop location and hours
Our workshop is located at 2/76 Reserve Road, Artarmon. No appointment is necessary, you are welcome to just show up between 7.30am – 1pm Monday – Saturday. If you can’t make these times, please give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate you.
